Download Nvq Level 3 Electrical Installation 2357a
Course details The City & Guilds 2357-34 and 2357-44 qualifications are aimed at electrical operatives who require an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation. If you are looking to become graded with the JIB (Joint Industry Board) as an Approved Electrician (Gold Card) you are required to hold a full Level 3 technical certificate along with an NVQ Level 3. How to remove gameguard from blackshot. Candidates working in the electrical trade usually embark onto the NVQ to enhance their employability and a guaranteed higher rate of pay. If you have already completed your City & Guilds 2330-07 Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installation (Buildings and Structures) we can now easily convert this qualification into the new Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Maintenance). This will require the candidate completing a ‘bridging unit’ from the 2330 to the 2357-34 which will take 1 day at our centre and then you will have the NVQ portfolio element to complete.
If you are about to start your electrical career or you are already registered on the City & Guilds 2365-03 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures) this can also be converted into the 2357-44 by completing a ‘bridging unit’ which will take 1 day at our centre leaving you with the NVQ portfolio to complete. The NVQ is not classroom based and as such only one visit to our centre is required throughout the duration of the portfolio. You must, of course, be working in the electrical industry to be a position to gather evidence of work you completed.

The pace of completing this portfolio record of evidence is down to each individual candidate’s working circumstances and in some circumstances can be completed as quickly as 3 months. Once you enrol onto the NVQ you will assigned an assessor who is suitably qualified into guiding and supporting you throughout the NVQ process. Our commitment to you means that you will have a dedicated assessor who will initially meet with you and go through the portfolio, support you throughout the duration and would include up to 2 pre-arranged on-site visits which will assist us in gathering evidence on your progress, to monitor your competency on site and to make sure that you are on track to complete your portfolio. It is now mandatory for all candidates who enrol onto the 2357 NVQ to complete their AM2 (Assessment Measurement) assessment prior to finishing the portfolio. The AM2 is a 3 day assessment which is delivered at designated NET training centres across the UK. The AM2 is not part of our electrical training centre and candidates will need to organise this themselves. But don’t worry as we are here to guide you through this process to make your journey as smooth as possible.
