I had the Delorme Earthmate LT-20 for a couple years. It was a couple years ago, so I doubt that the version I had was SiRF-III. The Delorme software was really very powerful and completely configurable. But a little difficult to master. At ~$100 for the software and GPS receiver, it is an exceptional value.
